KennCo/Carzone Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: The competition is not open to employees of KennCo Underwriting, their families, or anyone associated with this draw.
2. Prizes: There is one prize as stated above.
3. Draw Dates: The draw will take place on 29th of August 
4. Entry: Each person who follows the steps on social media will be entered into the competition. ‘Like’ the competition post, ‘Like’ the KennCo page, ‘Like’ the Carzone page, & ‘Comment’ under the competition post ( as stated in the post ) 
5. Residency: Entrants must be residents of the Republic of Ireland.
6. Entry Requirements: Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, or those that are delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered, or illegible, will be disqualified. KennCo is not responsible for entries that are lost or delayed.
7. Prize Conditions:
   1. The prize will be awarded on the specified draw date
   2. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for an alternative prize, such as cash or goods.
   3. The prize must be claimed within 2 months.
8. Notification: Winners will be contacted directly. KennCo will not ask you to click on links or enter personal details to claim your prize.
9. Publicity: By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in publicity in connection with this prize draw.
10. Unclaimed Prizes: If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, KennCo reserves the right to redraw the winner.
11. Alterations: KennCo reserves the right to alter, amend, or foreclose the promotion without prior notice. Participation in the competition implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and over.
