KennCo Brexit Statement

To ensure continuous service to our private motor, cyber & medical malpractice customers in in a post-Brexit environment, effective from 1 January 2019, KennCo arranges business through the Lloyd’s Insurance Company S.A., based in Brussels. Lloyd’s Brussels has licenses across Europe and the EEA and has been assigned the same strong financial ratings as Lloyd’s from A.M. Best of A, Standard & Poor’s of A+ and Fitch of AA-. Business underwritten through Lloyd’s Brussels continues to benefit from the Lloyd’s chain of security.

Policies underwritten prior to 1 January 2019 will be transferred to Lloyds Insurance Company S.A (known as a part VII Transfer), the transfer is anticipated to be completed by 2020, however during this transition period, Lloyds will continue to fully service customers’ contracts and honour all valid claims arising.
