KennCo Back to School Competition – Terms & Conditions 

  1. Promoter: The promoter of this competition is KennCo Underwriting Ltd.
  2. Eligibility: The competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over. Employees of KennCo Underwriting Ltd, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
  3. Competition Period: The competition will run on KennCo Insurance social media channels and will close at 1pm on  Friday, 14 August 2026.
  4. How to Enter: To enter, participants must follow the instructions outlined in the competition post on KennCo’s social media channels ( Facebook & Instagram ) . Like – Comment – Share . Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw.
  5. Prize: There are 9 Back to School prize packs available to be won. Each prize pack contains a school bag and a selection of back-to-school essentials.
  6. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing time and date.
  7. Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted via the social media account used to enter the competition on or shortly after 1pm on the 14th August 2026. KennCo will never ask winners to click a link or provide financial information to claim a prize.
  8. Prize Collection: All prizes must be collected from the KennCo office at 5-7 Grange Road Office Park, Rathfarnham, Dublin 16. Prizes will only be posted to winners located outside of Dublin. We are not responsible for loss or damage of items in the post.
  9. Prizes Collection Time: Prizes must be collected within 30 days after being contacted.
  10. Prize Conditions:
    • Prizes are non-transferable.
    • No cash alternative will be offered.
    • KennCo reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
  11. Unclaimed Prizes: If a winner cannot be contacted or does not arrange collection within 30 days, KennCo reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  12. Publicity: By entering the competition, winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity associated with the competition, including the publication of their first name and county on KennCo’s social media channels.
  13. Entry Limit: One entry per person unless otherwise stated in the competition post.
  14. General: KennCo reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the competition at any time where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
  15. Acceptance of Terms: Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

The personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition, including verifying entries, drawing the winners, and contacting the winners.
We will keep your personal data only for so long as necessary and for the purpose(s) for which it was originally collected. In particular, for so long as we are required to keep your personal data due to legal or regulatory reasons.
Your information will not be used for any other purpose, shared with any third parties, or added to any marketing lists.
