1. Eligibility: The competition is not open to employees of KennCo Underwriting, their families, or anyone associated with this draw. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and over.
2. Prizes: There is one prize as stated above.
3. Competition Date and duration: The Competition will take place on 09/10/2025, during the ‘Brokers Ireland Meet the Market Day 2025’ and will end at 14:00.
4. Draw Dates: The draw will take place on 9^TH of October
5. Entry: Each entrant must use the VR set on the date of the competition and complete the entrance form in full.
6. Residency: Entrants must be residents of the Republic of Ireland.
7. Entry Requirements: Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, or those that are delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered, or illegible, will be disqualified. KennCo is not responsible for entries that are lost or delayed.
8. Data Protection Statement: The personal data collected on this entry form will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition, including verifying entries, drawing a winner, and contacting the winner. Your information will not be used for any other purpose, shared with any third parties, or added to any marketing lists. All entry forms and associated personal data will be securely retained for a maximum of two months following the closing date of the competition, or once the prize has been claimed – whichever is sooner. After which entry data will be permanently and securely destroyed. You have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of your competition entry data by contacting [email protected].
9. Prize Conditions:
   1. The winner will be contacted on the draw date to arrange collection of the prize.
   2. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for an alternative prize, such as cash or goods.
   3. The prize must be claimed within 2 months.
10. Notification: Winners will be contacted directly. KennCo will not ask you to click on links or enter personal details to claim your prize.
11. Publicity: By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in publicity in connection with this prize draw.
12. Unclaimed Prizes: If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, KennCo reserves the right to redraw the winner.
13. Alterations: KennCo reserves the right to alter, amend, or foreclose the promotion without prior notice. Participation in the competition implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
