Whats Covered
Public Liability
- Legal liability of the Insured for accidental injury to Third Parties or accidental damage to Third Party property arising in connection with the Insured’s business.
- Limit of Indemnity is €6,500,000.
Employers Liability
- Employers may be liable at law to pay damages, expenses and legal costs for accidents to or diseases sustained by employees arising out of or in the course of their employment which are caused during the period of cover.
- Limit of Indemnity €13,000,000 any one occurrence.
